Is my booking confirmed straight away?
Your stay is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Until then your request holds the dates for 48 hours, and nothing is charged.
How do I pay?
We send the payment details with the confirmation email. Nothing is paid when you send a request.
What if I need to cancel?
The cancellation terms for your dates are in the confirmation email. If you need flexibility, tell us in your request and we will say what is possible.
How does check-in work?
All our apartments have self check-in. Your personal stay guide has the directions, house rules and our local tips; the door details appear in it on the day you arrive.
